English Language Requirements for Students Exempted from Taking the English Tolc-E Test - A.Y. 2021/2022
Only for changes, transfers, students already holding a degree who enrol with a career shortening, students who took a different TOLC test
Being exempted from taking the English TOLC-E test (https://en.unito.it/studying-unito/enrolment-procedure), students:
- who ask for a change from another UniTo course to enrol in Global Law and Transnational Legal Studies
- who ask for a transfer from another Italian University to enrol in Global Law and Transnational Legal Studies
- who already hold a degree and enrol in Global Law and Transnational Legal Studies with a career shortening
- who took an admission test for a course with a restricted number of places (either through TOLC or other tests) and then decide to enrol in Global Law and Transnational Legal Studies
must attest their level of knowledge of the English language, with a level of knowledge at least at the B2 level CEFR, by presenting a suitable certification, selected among the ones accepted by the Academic Board of Global Law and Transnational Legal Studies.
The same way to certify their level of knowledge of the English language applies to students who took a different TOLC test and will carry out a "Pre-iscrizione di recupero" (see “Vademecum per chi studia”: https://www.unito.it/didattica/immatricolazioni-e-iscrizioni) to enrol in Global Law and Transnational Legal Studies
List of suitable linguistic certifications required
Students must upload their certificate on their MyUniTo profile, in the section "Allegati carriera".
Students not holding such a certification will be assigned an Additional Learning Obligation (OFA), to be completed within their I year of course.
